Job Summary
Conduct client meetings to understand operations and prepare summaries of discussions. Support year-end balance sheet preparation by reviewing financial documents and organizing data for audit documentation. Use Excel extensively for data analysis and processing while collaborating with colleagues across multiple projects. Participate in client engagements to review client operations and processes using internal audit tools and methodologies. Work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on exposure to real client projects within the Audit team.
Required Qualifications
- University degree completed or in progress (preferably in Economics or related fields)
- Interest in Audit or professional services
- Good command of Romanian and English
- Good command of French (min. B2)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables, conditional formatting, basic data analysis)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
