Job Summary
Photolithography Process Engineer responsible for starting up, developing, and optimizing photolithography processes to improve product quality, drive yield improvements, reduce costs, boost productivity, and manage risk. Collaborates with equipment and integrations engineers to resolve production issues, uses project management to hit milestones addressing yield, defectivity, production, and cost gaps, and owns SPC charts. Requires 2+ years in photolithography, a BS or Masters in Engineering (or equivalent), and willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills with experience in semiconductor fabrication and data-driven approaches.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of industry experience working as Process Owner within Photolithography
- BS or Masters in the Engineering field, equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+yr industry experience
- Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes
