Job Summary
Monitor the restaurant and aid management when needed to ensure all staff follow Florida State laws. Maintain a warm, observant, and welcoming presence to support bartenders, servers, and assistant managers while preserving the friendly ambience. This role requires a valid Florida State "D" license, the ability to stand and move at a strenuous pace for up to four hours, and the physical capacity to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, and lift objects weighing up to fifty pounds. Work includes a five-day week with paid vacation accruals and access to medical, dental, and 401K benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to see, speak clearly, listen attentively, read and write English.
- Ability to stand and the mobility to move about, at a strenuous pace, for up to four (4) hours at a time.
- Bend, stoop, squat, crawl and to frequently lift objects weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.
- Able to reach and grasp objects and have the coordination necessary to handle tools and operate equipment.
- Must have a valid Florida State "D" license.
