Job Summary
Check guest identification before alcohol purchases and verify that identification is valid and guests meet legal drinking age. Recognize acceptable and unacceptable forms of ID, identify expired or potentially fraudulent documents, and deny access when requirements are not met. Communicate with guests regarding ID requirements and notify supervisors of compliance concerns. Work with bartenders, cashiers, and management to support responsible alcohol service while following all company, festival, state, and local policies. This seasonal role runs from October 2 to October 3, 2026, at an hourly rate of $20.00.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet any state or local age requirements for the position
- Ability to accurately review identification and dates of birth
- Ability to communicate with guests and team members
- Ability to remain attentive while working in a high-volume festival environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be available to work the required Country Calling Music Festival schedule, including the weekend and extended shifts as needed
