Job Summary
Monitor the restaurant and ensure all staff, including bartenders, servers, and managers, comply with Florida State laws regarding identification. Aid management when needed while maintaining the friendly ambience that defines the Flanigan's trademark. This role requires standing and moving at a strenuous pace for up to four hours, involving bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting objects up to fifty pounds. A valid Florida State "D" license is mandatory. The position offers a five-day work week with paid vacation, health insurance, and a 401K plan.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to see, speak clearly, listen attentively, read and write English.
- Ability to stand and the mobility to move about, at a strenuous pace, for up to four (4) hours at a time.
- Bend, stoop, squat, crawl and to frequently lift objects weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.
- Able to reach and grasp objects and have the coordination necessary to handle tools and operate equipment.
- Must have a valid Florida State "D" license.
