Job Summary
Monitor the restaurant and assist management when needed to ensure all team members follow Florida State laws. Maintain a warm, observant, and welcoming presence to uphold the friendly ambience that is a Flanigan's trademark. This five-day work week includes paid vacation accruals, medical and dental health insurance, and a 401K plan with immediate eligibility. A valid Florida State "D" license is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to see, speak clearly, listen attentively, read and write English.
- Ability to stand and the mobility to move about, at a strenuous pace, for up to four (4) hours at a time.
- Bend, stoop, squat, crawl and to frequently lift objects weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.
- Able to reach and grasp objects and have the coordination necessary to handle tools and operate equipment.
- Must have a valid Florida State "D" license.
