Job Summary
Conduct night ICU coverage in a 12-hour shift every other weekend, including holidays, with a maximum of 14 days time off. Maintain 24 months of critical care experience, including 12 months in a float pool and 3 months of travel, while holding an Iowa or compact license. Submit to this travel-only assignment requiring a charge/lead reference from the last two years and mandatory COVID vaccination and booster. Complete pre-employment modules and upload certifications such as ACLS, TNCC, and BLS to expedite onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience
- 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience
- 3 months of travel experience
- Iowa license or compact license
- Travel only, local not allowed
- Live >60 miles from facility
- COVID vaccination
- COVID booster
- No current placement at Program: Trinity (Direct) Program - Main
- Cannot currently be employed anywhere else on a per-diem basis
- 1 Charge/Lead reference from within the last 2 years
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
