Job Summary
Conduct night ICU coverage shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, rotating every other weekend with holidays including July 4. Maintain 24 months of critical care experience, including recent float pool work and travel history, while holding an Iowa license and required certifications such as ACLS, TNCC, and BLS. Submit COVID vaccination and booster documentation, ensuring you reside over 60 miles from the facility and have no current per-diem employment. Provide a charge or lead reference from the last two years to expedite onboarding for this 13-week travel assignment.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience
- 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience
- 3 months of travel experience
- Iowa license or compact license
- Travel only, local not allowed
- Live >60 miles from facility
- COVID vaccination
- COVID booster
- No current placement at Program: Trinity (Direct) Program - Main
- Cannot currently be employed anywhere else on a per-diem basis
- 1 Charge/Lead reference from within the last 2 years
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
