Job Summary
Conduct intensive care unit coverage as a travel registered nurse, working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Manage patient care with a 12-hour shift duration across three shifts per week, rotating every other weekend and covering holidays including July 4. Maintain 24 months of critical care experience, including recent float pool work, while holding required certifications in ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC, and BLS. Submit only if residing over 60 miles from the facility in Iowa with a valid license and completed COVID vaccination and booster.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience
- 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience
- 3 months of travel experience
- Iowa license or compact license
- Travel only, local not allowed
- Live >60 miles from facility
- COVID vaccination
- COVID booster
- No current placement at Program: Trinity (Direct) Program - Main
- Cannot currently be employed anywhere else on a per-diem basis
- 1 Charge/Lead reference from within the last 2 years
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
