ICU RN Weekend

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for a designated group of patients, addressing spiritual, physiological, social, and psychological aspects while collaborating within an interdisciplinary team. Systematically collect and analyze healthcare consumer data including psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors. Modify care plans using clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice, including care coordination, education, and discharge planning. Document all phases of the nursing process in patient records. Requires RN graduation, NE licensure, BLS, and ACLS certification. Weekend schedule at CHI Health Immanuel in North Omaha.
