ICU (RN) (PT) (Nights)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for respiratory distress, intubated, post-MI, and acute cardiac patients in a 6-bed critical care unit maintaining a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals while educating patients and families on illness management, home care needs, and medication administration. Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance through active participation in professional development and interprofessional team collaboration. Maintain a constant state of alertness as a safety-sensitive position requiring RN licensure and 1–2 years of hospital-based Med/Surg experience.
