ICU (RN) (PT) (Nights)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for intubated, respiratory distress, and acute cardiac patients in a 6-bed critical care unit. Provide direct bedside nursing with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, educating families on illness management, medication administration, and post-treatment home care. Collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop and document individual plans of care, ensuring communication across the continuum while maintaining regulatory compliance and patient safety. Requires 1–2 years of hospital-based Med/Surg experience and an RN license.
