Job Summary
The ICU RN is a professional caregiver responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, coordinating care with patients, families, and other health professionals, educating patients and families, directing the care team to implement plans, ensuring documentation and licensure compliance, and continuously evaluating patient outcomes to revise care plans as needed. Requires a current RN license in the practice state, BSN within four years for those with less than 12 months of experience, and BLS certification. Preferred qualification includes a BSN. Location: Billings, Montana. Work schedule is 36 hours weekly with hourly pay range $38.37–$56.17 depending on experience. Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- RNs with less than 12 months of experiencia must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
