ICU (RN) (FT) (NIGHTS) (Sullivan)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for intubated, post-MI, and acute cardiac patients in a six-bed critical care unit with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Develop and document individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team while educating patients and families on illness management and medication administration. Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance through critical nursing skills that address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Requires a minimum of one to two years of hospital-based Med/Surg experience and an RN license; full-time employment includes three 12-hour night shifts with differential pay.
