ICU (RN) (FT) (NIGHTS)

Provide direct patient care in a six-bed Critical Care Unit with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, managing respiratory distress, intubated, post-MI, and acute cardiac patients. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs; develop and document individual plans of care with goals; educate patients and families on illness management and medication administration. Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development. Work three 12-hour night shifts weekly with a differential. Requires RN license and 1–2 years of hospital-based Med/Surg experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
