Assess patient conditions, perform skilled procedures, and implement care plans while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Design, direct, and document individualized care plans, including patient teaching and discharge transitions. Prepare patients for treatments and surgeries, report significant changes to physicians, and execute safety protocols and medication orders. Reassess patients following interventions, adjust care for emerging needs, and provide accurate bedside shift reports to ensure continuity. Maintain a safe work environment, remove soiled equipment, and immediately report hazards. Requires one year of RN experience, BLS within 14 days, ACLS within six months, and Trauma Nurse Core Course within 12 months. Located at St. Luke's Health–Brazosport Hospital in Lake Jackson, Texas.
