ICU RN $50.40/hr StaffFlex Contract

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients within an ICU unit, including day-to-day supervision of nursing personnel, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Uses clinical judgment to develop individualized, evidence-based care plans, implements interventions safely and timely, documents data, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate patient placement and transfers. Requires 2+ years of ICU experience, RN licensure, BLS and ACLS; TNCC preferred; ADN is required with BSN preferred. Shift: 36 hours/week, Days/ Night rotation; contract StaffFlex position with AdventHealth. Payspace described as a flexible contract assignment with potential pathway to permanent staff, within a faith-based hospital system.
