ICU Registered Nurse

Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process and provide direct care within scope of practice for assigned ICU patients. Accountable for patient outcomes while guiding education for families and staff to maintain ICU standards. Communicate condition changes and diagnostic findings to physicians, maintaining strict patient privacy and confidentiality. Requires current state RN license, BLS, ACLS, and Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation, with a minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute or critical care.
