ICU Registered Nurse - Nights

ICU Registered Nurse—Nights at Alton Memorial Hospital (BJC Health Community) with 12-hour night shifts (7:00pm–7:00am) and shift differentials. Provides direct patient care in a 12-bed ICU, participates in care planning, and collaborates with an interprofessional team. Eligible candidates include ADN/BSN/MSN holders; BSN differential applies. Promotion via BJC RN Career Ladder with opportunities to advance to higher ladder levels. Responsibilities include assessments, implementing and evaluating care, patient-family education, ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and documenting plans of care. Safety-sensitive position; requires critical nursing skills, attention to patient preferences, and adherence to standards of care. Education options include Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Certifications: RN licensure.
