Job Summary
ICU Registered Nurse - Night Shift tasked with developing, implementing, evaluating and revising plans of care for assigned patients and families in alignment with the facility’s mission and Nurse Practice Act. Provides direct patient care, delegates and supervises nursing tasks, and focuses on clinical competence, patient care management, and quality improvement. Requires current RN licensure in the employment state, BLS, and ACLS within six months of hire; previous acute care experience preferred. Strong organizational and analytical skills, proficiency with clinical software, and the ability to make independent decisions are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
- Current BLS certification from a facility-approved vendor
- ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire
