ICU Registered Nurse - FT Nights

ICU Registered Nurse providing direct patient care in a 6-bed Critical Care Unit with a 2:1 patient ratio. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, education of patients and families on post-treatment home care and medications, ensuring patient safety and quality/regulatory compliance, developing care plans with an interprofessional team, and communicating plans of care across the continuum. Role supports BJC RN Career Ladder and offers opportunities for professional development and advancement; minimum requirement includes RN licensure and Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, with Bachelor's preferred for higher ladder levels.
