Job Summary
Provides, coordinates, and evaluates nursing care for assigned patients and families in alignment with the facility’s mission and Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include developing and revising plans of care, supervising nursing care, ensuring high quality of care, establishing professional relationships, applying clinical skills across specialties, and maintaining regulatory standards. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, ACLS within 6 months of hire, and preferred acute care experience. Strong organizational, decision-making, and proficiency with health IT tools are essential; English communication skills required. Location: Amarillo, TX (Day shift).
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
- Current BLS certification from a facility-approved vendor required.
- ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire.
