Job Summary
Lead staff development, orientation, and onboarding while managing competency tracking, patient education, and quality improvement initiatives. Serve as a unit-based clinical resource to support established standards of care through training, clinical improvement activities, and role modeling of clinical excellence in nursing knowledge and practice. Maintain Certified Basic Cardiac Life Support and hold a Georgia RN license in good standing. Requires two years of RN experience and two years in the clinical specialty. Work 7pm–7am shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations
- Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN)
- Two (2) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in the clinical specialty
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support
- Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units
- 7pm-7am
Desired Qualifications
- Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units
