Job Summary
Conduct staff development, orientation, and onboarding while managing competency and patient education. Support established standards of care through training, clinical improvement activities, and role modeling of clinical excellence in nursing knowledge and practice. Serve as a unit-based clinical resource and educator focused on quality improvement. Requires a Bachelor's degree, Georgia RN license, two years of RN experience, and BLS certification. Work hours are 7am-3:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations
- Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN)
- Two (2) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in the clinical specialty
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support
- Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units
Desired Qualifications
- Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units
