Job Summary
Conduct 12-hour night shifts in the ICU Float Pool, rotating between units and locations as needed. Maintain a 24-month critical care experience with 12 months in acute care, ensuring 9 months of float pool work within the last year. Submit to this North Carolina-based travel assignment requiring a valid NC license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Candidates must reside over 50 miles from the facility and provide a driver's license. No current placement at HealthTrust Program or HCA North Carolina Division is permitted. Pre-employment modules may be required for on-boarding.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience
- 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience
- 9 months within the last 12 months
- 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months
- North Carolina license or compact license
- This role may require floating to additional units and locations
- Travel only, local not allowed
- Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted
- No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North Carolina Division
- Pre-employment modules
- 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
- Driver's license
