ICU Clinical Nurse PRN

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within ICU standards. Promote patient and family-centered care by educating families on illness management, home care needs, and medication administration. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while participating in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
