ICU Clinical Nurse Nights

Conduct direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within standards of nursing care. Promote patient and family-centered care by educating families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while evaluating patient preferences and barriers to involvement. Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engage in professional development. Work nights shift in a safety-sensitive position requiring constant alertness.
