ICU Clinical Nurse - Nights

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for adults in a 12-bed intensive care unit, including hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Develop individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including cultural and spiritual preferences. Work nights (3) 12-hour shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am at Alton Memorial Hospital in Alton, Illinois, as part of the BJC RN Career Ladder.
