ICU Clinical Nurse Nights

Provides direct patient care activities in a hospital setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Delivers patient- and family-centered care, educates patients and families on illness management and home care, participates in safety and quality initiatives, documents plans of care with the interprofessional team, and communicates across care continuum. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, while supporting professional development and adherence to regulatory requirements. This role is a full-time, night-shift position in Saint Peters, MO, with emphasis on advancing along the BJC RN Career Ladder and delivering high-quality care in a safety-sensitive environment.
