ICU Clinical Nurse

ICU Clinical Nurse in Memorial Belleville ICU. Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of nursing care. Promotes patient and family centered care, educates patients and families on illness management and post-treatment home care, and communicates effectively with the interprofessional team. Participates in patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance and professional development. Develops, implements, and documents individualized plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the patient, family, and care team; uses critical nursing skills to assess and address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. This is a safety-sensitive position. Preferred qualifications include ICU experience and a BSN degree. Education is Nursing Diploma/Associate's with preferred BSN; RN licensure required.
