ICU Clinical Nurse

ICU Clinical Nurse in Memorial/Shiloh ICU, full-time nights. Provides direct patient care in the ICU, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Delivers patient- and family-centered care, educates patients and families on illness management and post-treatment care, and collaborates with an interprofessional team to develop and document care plans. Applies critical nursing skills, ensures patient safety and regulatory compliance, and participates in professional development. Supports the BJC RN Career Ladder and opportunities for advancement; BSN degree preferred and ICU experience required. Shift involves night coverage with a focus on high-level critical care procedures and leadership in clinical practice.
