Job Summary
Administer and develop the Microsoft 365 environment with a focus on SharePoint, Teams, and tenant management. Provide first- and second-level ICT infrastructure support for user and workspace management, hardware, and telephony. Install, configure, and deliver services and hardware to internal clients while managing vendor applications and systems. Monitor cybersecurity operations and handle security alerts. Lead or contribute to projects regarding infrastructure, network, and Microsoft migrations during corporate acquisitions. Participate in the shift rotation system (separately compensated). Requires an ICT vocational training, proficiency in Exchange Online, Azure AD, and PowerShell, plus strong German and English skills. Full-time role in Basel with home office options and support for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufslehre
- Weiterbildung als ICT-Supporter/-in
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in den Bereichen Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, Domain Controller und Microsoft 365 Administration
- Stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

- Französischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit PowerShell/Scripting oder Paketierung
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft Teams Telefonie oder entsprechenden Migrationen von Vorteil
