Job Summary
Operate, maintain, and evolve complex IT infrastructures with a focus on SAP Basis throughout their lifecycle. Ensure high service availability, performance, and stability in a 7x24 environment, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Plan, integrate, and migrate new systems, instances, and infrastructure components while ensuring maintenance and documentation. Analyze and resolve incidents to guarantee rapid IT service restoration within incident and request management frameworks. Contribute to infrastructure and architecture projects, coordinating external service providers and suppliers. Requires higher education in computer science and extensive SAP Basis experience.
Required Qualifications
- Höhere Ausbildung in Informatik (FA, HF, FH oder Universität) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Weiterentwicklung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen
- Gute Kenntnisse in Infrastrukturarchitektur
- Gute Kenntnisse in Systemintegration
- Gute Kenntnisse in Migration
- Gute Kenntnisse in Service Management
- Gute Kenntnisse in technischer Dokumentation
