Required Qualifications
- At least two years of previous IT Service Desk and/or ICT Support
- Experience with Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Level Agreements
- English proficiency (IELTS 6.0 / TOEIC 650)
Desired Qualifications
- ITIL qualification (preferable)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems (Windows 10, Office 365)
- Basic User & Security Group Active Directory administration
