Job Summary
ICT Support Officer to maintain ICT systems and provide high-quality IT service across Freedom from Torture staff, volunteers, and contractors. You will deliver 1st/2nd line ICT support across FfT centres, act as the ICT Team’s initial point of contact for internal enquiries/issues, liaise with third-party providers for continuity of service, and support ICT projects. Responsibilities include user onboarding/offboarding and system access management, Office 365 security setup, and cloud management. The role requires independent and team-based work, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to manage issues via the help desk, updating clients and following tickets through to resolution. You will troubleshoot hardware (desktops, laptops, IP phones, network equipment) and demonstrate strong organisational skills to plan and prioritise work.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Providing 1st and 2nd line ICT support over multiple channels including face to face, phone, email, text, chat, and video.
