Looking for a motivated Application Support professional to join R-Drive support team. Responsibilities include user support, system configuration, ticket handling via ServiceNow. Requires 2+ years of experience and a degree in relevant fields.
Required Qualifications
- An education in HSEQ, QC, PM or business processes with an understanding/interest in IT Application support
- 2+ years of experience in application support, IT business support, or similar roles
Desired Qualifications
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Good understanding of business processes
- Demonstrated affinity with IT applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Organized, precise, and tidy working style
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
