Job Summary
ICT Site Services Analyst (Temporary) provides end-user IT support (remote and on-site) for hardware, software, and devices across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Responsibilities include incident management via ticketing system with SLA adherence, deploying ICT hardware/software, managing devices with Microsoft Intune and Azure AD, troubleshooting across OS/applications/infrastructure, ensuring security and patching in line with corporate policies, collaborating on system deployments/upgrades, maintaining accurate documentation and ICT knowledge base, and supporting local IT/OT infrastructure and networking (LAN, remote access, MDM) while delivering professional, customer-focused service to stakeholders at all levels. Qualifications require a Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent, strong end-user support experience in Windows environments, knowledge of Microsoft 365 and endpoint management (Intune preferred), Active Directory/Entra ID administration, excellent troubleshooting, and strong communication skills. Location focus is Querétaro, Mexico, with hybrid flexible work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in end-user support and Windows environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and endpoint management tools (Intune preferred)
- Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID administration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
