Job Summary
Manage a complex supplier landscape of over 100 parties, overseeing contracts, SLAs, and costs while directing vendors like Microsoft and specialized drone providers. Ensure reliable access to workstations, meeting facilities, telephony, and ICT tools by collaborating closely with DUVAK and enforcing agreements without damaging relationships. Coordinate with the CISO on data security, the consignatiedienst on pager availability, and the Tata team on camera resolution improvements. Drive digital transformation initiatives including artificial intelligence and data-driven processes within agile, multidisciplinary scrum teams.
Required Qualifications
- HBO- of WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur op het gebied van ICT, informatiemanagement of bedrijfskunde
- 2-5 jaar ervaring binnen servicemanagement, leveranciersmanagement of ICT-regie
- Kennis van en ervaring met methodieken zoals ITIL, DevOps en changemanagement
- Ervaring met het werken in een complexe organisatie met meerdere leveranciers en stakeholders
- Verdientheid om leveranciers en samenwerkingspartners aan te spreken op gemaakte afspraken, zonder de relatie uit het oog te verliezen
