Job Summary
Manage IT-related problems for approximately 1800 employees by acting as the first point of contact, registering inquiries, and attempting immediate resolution before escalating complex issues to specialized colleagues. Install computers and software while supporting system and network administrators in maintaining operational IT systems. Requires an MBO IT qualification, 2+ years of experience, and proficiency with TopDesk, Intune, Windows, Office 365, and Android. Available for 32-40 hours per week at an all-in hourly rate. Join a team of nine colleagues within a family business specializing in infrastructure solutions serving companies and government entities across the Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
