Job Summary
Monitor data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrations round-the-clock to ensure high availability of data platforms and dashboards. Validate data freshness, completeness, and timeliness against SLAs while proactively detecting anomalies such as failed jobs or delayed feeds. Perform data validation checks for accuracy and consistency, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve root causes and enforce governance policies. Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational reports tracking system uptime and incident statistics. Convert business needs into technical specifications and support the roll-out of new applications through Design, SIT, UAT, and Training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
- Strong technical knowledge of SQL / data query troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of ETL / data pipelines
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools
- ITIL-aligned incident management
- Background with BI tools and systems, specifically Power BI and the Microsoft BI Stack
- Experience in data integration, data warehousing, and big-data-related initiatives
- Proficient in performing advanced-level computations on datasets
- Application lifecycle administration
- Strong application troubleshooting skills
