Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end recruitment for ICT contractors and consultants to support ongoing client projects. Source appropriate profiles based on incoming assignments, then screen, interview, qualify, and present candidates in coordination with the Recruitment Manager or Business Manager. Manage candidate follow-up, maintain contact, and facilitate interviews. Build trust relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders while proactively proposing improvements. Requires higher education, at least two years of ICT recruitment experience, and proficiency in Dutch, French, and English. Based in Antwerp, this role offers a stable environment with a comprehensive benefits package.
