ICT & Procurement Associate [Open to internal and external applicants]

Implement ICT strategies, manage shared network environments and cloud resources, and deploy cybersecurity protocols to protect data assets. Oversee hardware lifecycle management, maintain inventory of ICT assets and spare parts, and provide daily technical support for ERP systems and user infrastructure. Organize end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, ITBs, and RFPs for hardware, software, and technical services, while drafting technical specifications and Terms of Reference. Monitor vendor performance against KPIs, ensure compliance with software licensing and SLAs, and conduct market research to identify innovative providers. Support digital transformation initiatives, automate business processes, and lead training sessions on ICT and procurement issues for CO staff.
