ICT Package Manager

Manage the ICT package from design development through procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover for large-scale data centre projects. Coordinate structured cabling, data networks, audio-visual systems, and BMS interfaces while ensuring alignment with Employer's Requirements and operational standards. Lead technical coordination between designers, subcontractors, and MEP teams, reviewing deliverables for compliance and managing RFIs and shop drawings. Support procurement strategy, monitor budgets and forecasts, and develop programmes aligned with the master construction schedule. Mitigate interface risks between ICT, MEP, and CSA packages and oversee testing, commissioning, and documentation for phased handovers. Ensure all works comply with HSEQ requirements and statutory standards. Act as the primary contact for ICT matters with the client, consultants, and vendors, providing regular progress reporting and supporting operational readiness.
