Job Summary
Lead ICT design for large-scale, complex projects, developing comprehensive Revit design packages (riser diagrams, floor plans, device layouts) and standardizing modeling workflows. Drive BIM content/templates, resolve multi-discipline integration challenges (structured cabling, AV, security), ensure documentation aligns with codes and client goals, author technical narratives, perform ICT performance evaluations, contribute to BIM Execution Plan development, mentor junior designers/engineers, and represent the team in client/consultant meetings with a focus on clear, performance-driven communication. Hybrid work model with regular in-office days, requiring collaboration across internal and external teams. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, NEC/EIA/TIA, and related standards; strong leadership and mentorship capabilities; ability to influence documentation quality and technical strategy across projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Information Technology, Architectural Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 5-10 years of experience in technology infrastructure or low-voltage systems design within the AEC industry
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit; experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Deep understanding of BICSI, EIA/TIA, NEC, and related telecommunications standards and codes
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills
- Demonstrated experience influencing documentation quality and technical strategy across teams
