ICSR Operational Lead

Job Summary
ICSR Operational Lead responsible for resolving assignments for the ICSR unit, line managing Team Leads (up to 15 direct reports), overseeing project resourcing and backlog reduction, supporting Business Development and Proposals, deviation management, approving CAPAs, and acting as Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (LCPPV) and Person Responsible for Local Screening (PRLS) for the designated language. Requires life-science related qualification or pharmacovigilance experience with strong PV background and English fluency. Required Qualifications
- Life science graduate or equivalent
- Strong pharmacovigilance experience
- Previous Line Management experience
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Excellent organization skills, including attention to details and multitasking
- Excellent management skills, including delegation skills, time and issue management
- Technical skills
- Team working
- English – fluent (spoken, written)
