Job Summary
ICSR Operational Lead overseeing and resolving assignments for the ICSR management unit, with responsibility for line managing up to 15 direct reports (team leads) and proactive resourcing to avoid backlogs. Supports Business Development and Proposals, deviation management, and reviews/approves CAPAs. Acts as the Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (LCPPV) for the designated country and assumes the role of PRLS for the specified language, as agreed. Requires strong pharmacovigilance experience, leadership capabilities, excellent communication and organizational skills, and fluency in English. The role supports collaboration across RA & PV networks and other departments, working independently with supervisory support. Required Qualifications
- Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, other healthcare related qualification or experience in pharmacovigilance
- Strong experience in pharmacovigilance
- Previous Line Management experience
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Excellent organization skills, including attention to details and multitasking
- Excellent management skills, including delegation skills, time and issue management
- Technical skills
- Team working
- English – fluent (spoken, written)
