Job Summary
Responsible for researching, troubleshooting and resolving systemic and physical facility level inventory issues; communicate accuracy issues to facility management; perform other duties as assigned. Requires problem-solving, data analysis across multiple systems, and the ability to document processes and communicate findings. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent and experience with inventory in a distribution/warehouse setting; proficiency in Excel, SQL, Macros, PowerBI, and PowerPoint; strong communication and leadership skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced retail operations environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Inventory experience preferred
- Two years of experience addressing complex issues using diplomacy and tact
- Two years of experience working with spreadsheets, reporting and responding to questions/issues
- One year of experience in a distribution center
- Strong leadership profile with excellent verbal / written communication strengths and negotiation skills
- Computer Proficiency Required: Excel, SQL, Macros, Tables, PowerBI and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
