ICP Full-Time Temporary Fragrance Specialist, Bottega, Saks Fifth Ave

Champion the Customer Experience by holding exceptional standards while supporting out-of-home sales and driving retail sales plans at the store level. Achieve personal sales goals to promote Bottega Veneta and intersell, including pre-sale and launch objectives. Execute action plans based on the market calendar to maximize sales, partnering with management on presell launches and events. Engage with customers to build brand awareness and account for event presell setup. Support monthly, department-wide, and store-wide meetings while collaborating with the team to drive all business aspects. Maintain accountability for overall sales team function and foster the firm's core values of transparency, recognition, accountability, and communication. Requires minimum three years of relevant retail sales experience in fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods.
