Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, hire and develop Front of House team members, manage purchasing, budgeting, labor costs, and administrative duties; ensure food handling and customer service standards; maintain inventory, scheduling, and training; enforce ServSafe guidelines, safety, and cleanliness; drive profitability while delivering guests a superior dining experience; provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews, and ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years' experience in a leadership or management role in food & beverage
- Compliant with state Alcoholic Beverage Control regulations
- ServSafe certified
