Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of ICMS teams at project-based housing sites, providing clinical and administrative supervision to Bachelor’s- and Master’s-level case managers; facilitate weekly team meetings, coordinate crisis management, ensure thorough documentation and data audits, and collaborate with DHS HFH program staff and community partners. Responsible for budget oversight, enrollment, and ensuring access to housing and related services through a trauma-informed, harm-reduction approach, with on-site and field-based responsibilities and 24/7 on-call readiness.
Required Qualifications
- MSW, MFT, LPCC or PsyD who is registered with CA BBS (supervision hours available)
- Two (2) years’ full-time experience with homelessness and/or mental health/substance use complexities
- Two (2) years’ supervisory experience
- Current, valid CA Driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- On-call availability 24/7 with support from direct clinical supervisor and Housing Department Director
